Q: Can you work on larger projects?

A: Yes. The wide-ranging experience within our team, combined with our extensive industry connections, mean that we’re able to complete large and complex jobs to a high standard. There are a number of additional tasks that we can help with when required, including putting customers in touch with architects and structural engineers, helping them to obtain planning permission, and carrying out construction work.

Q: What is office management?

A: Our office management service uses the skills, knowledge, and experience within our team to provide support for any tasks required within your office environment. This allows employees to focus on their responsibilities and ensures that all work is completed by experienced professionals. This service is completely bespoke – we can help with everything from regular office upkeep and maintenance, through to helping your company move offices or adapt to flexible working conditions. No matter your requirements, our team will provide the assistance you need.

Q: How do you manage your jobs?

A: We manage all our jobs from start to finish, sparing you any hassle or inconvenience. We’ll assign work to the member of our team or network who best suits its requirements, ensuring the best possible result. We use our job management system for this task, allowing us to track the progress of each job and allocate new work as efficiently as possible. This is particularly important for our electrical, plumbing, and locksmith services where an urgent response may be required.

Q: Will you work on jobs of all sizes?

A: Absolutely, no job is too big or too small. We’re the perfect choice for those smaller jobs that other companies may not take on.

Q: Do you offer free, no obligation quotes?

A: Yes. Tell us about the project you have in mind and we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient visit to your home, property, or office. For some small jobs such as hanging a door or changing a hard-to-reach lightbulb we’ll usually be able to provide a quote over the phone.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?

A: Yes, all the work completed by our in-house team or trusted tradespeople will be covered by our 12-month workmanship guarantee.
